In a modest McLaren showroom in Petersfield, below its perfectly finished exterior and in a unit behind the customer-facing area, something extraordinary is happening. While most automotive workshops are content with servicing supercars or applying modest performance upgrades, Lanzante is engaged in something far more audacious: transforming some of the world's most extreme track-only machines into road-legal reality.

As one of the lucky few media outlets allowed to enter the highly secretive space, we caught up with owner Dean Lanzante for a candid chat about the history of the brand, its ethos and its future, where they are busy building their own supercar based of their decades of experience handling some of the world’s greatest road and race cars.

In the feature film, Dean shares the processes behind bringing a once track-only car to the open road, where minute details and checks mean everything. Emissions compliance alone can take months of dyno development. Noise regulations require sophisticated exhaust engineering that maintains the car's sonic character, while meeting drive-by noise limits. Lighting systems must be completely redesigned to meet road standards without compromising aerodynamics. Then there's the matter of ride height, switching millimetre-high ground clearance to being able to safely navigate speed bumps.
