Fiat has brought mobility to Italy for well over 100 years, and during that time they have built some truly strange and spectacular rides, five of which are heading to Gooding Christie’s upcoming Rétromobile Paris sale on January 29th. Those planning to spend as much of 2026 by the beach as possible will definitely want to check out the trio of spiaggine. The 1974 Fiat 127A Holiday looks more than ready for some beachside mischief, but if you want your whole posse along for the ride, the 1962 Fiat 1100 Spiagetta is the obvious choice. If pure style is what you’re after, the 1965 Fiat 500 Decathlon or 1953 Fiat 1100 TV Coupé by Allemano with styling courtesy of the great Giovanni Michelotti could take you from the beach bar to the black tie gala. Finally, if getting down and dirty off the beaten track is more your speed, a Lancia 037-engined 1983 Fiat Campagnola, which competed in the 8th and 9th editions of the Paris Dakar, could be your dream ride.
