Description
PORSCHE 911 993 CARRERA 2 1994 – 272 HP
The 993 generation is the 4th evolution of the 911 and was unveiled to the public at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1993 — exactly 30 years after the first 911 was introduced. This generation became a milestone in Porsche’s history thanks to its redesigned exterior: more streamlined lines, a wider body and a more modern, dynamic appearance, all while preserving the unmistakable identity of the original model.
It received new elliptical front headlights with ellipsoidal lenses, a redesigned rear lid with an integrated, automatically extending spoiler, and a refreshed interior featuring new door panels, dashboard and seats. A new exhaust system with dual rear outlets was also introduced.
A completely new boxer engine was developed for this generation: the M64 flat‑six, producing 272 hp, paired with a newly engineered G5021 6‑speed manual gearbox. Porsche significantly improved both driving dynamics and comfort. Above all, the 993 marked the end of an era — it was the last air‑cooled 911, making it one of the most cherished generations among enthusiasts. Production ran from 1993 to 1998, with many assembly steps still performed by hand.
Performance is impressive: 0–100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and a top speed of 270 km/h.
This beautiful example is a European‑spec model, presented in an elegant combination of Night Blue Metallic exterior with a two‑tone Midnight Blue/Grey interior.

139 – Heated seat (left) // 333 – Blaupunkt cassette radio // 340 – Heated seat (right) // 573 – Air conditioning // 480 – 6‑speed manual gearbox // 650 – Sunroof
