Ferrari Portofino Blu Corsa
Bella Blu! The name “Corsa” usually evokes blazing red thoroughbreds, yet for this absolutely unique 2020 Ferrari Portofino, Maranello happily made an exception. This is a true Atelier car, delivered to a valued client who, regrettably, didn’t make enough use of this Blu beauty. Plenty of reasons exist to change that—with the spotlight on the 600 hp twin-turbo Ferrari V8. Equally captivating is the brilliant specification: full-electric Daytona Seats, Carbon Driver Zone with LED indicators, MagneRide suspension, sport exhaust, and much more—a car you simply can’t stop admiring.
Exterior
Is Blu Corsa the first color that comes to mind when you think of the Ferrari Portofino? Absolutely not. Yet at first glance, this deep, two-layer ocean blue paint instantly transports you to the Italian Riviera. And like the Riviera itself, this Portofino is a first-class gem. Charm and flair abound, from the black grille adorned with chrome Cavallino emblems to the metallic roof (wrapped in black, original Blu Corsa) which is at its best when folded neatly behind the Daytona Seats.
Designed as a coupe-convertible first and foremost, it’s perfect for scenic drives along mountain roads or coastal stretches. Track days reveal its hidden race DNA—Monaco and its iconic boulevard await. Complemented by polished 20-inch Forged wheels, Giallo brake calipers, and Scuderia Ferrari Shields on the front fenders, you’ll always arrive in style, regardless of your destination.
Interior
Modern and high-tech as it is, the Portofino remains perhaps the most traditional Ferrari in the Prins stable. References to its predecessor, the California, and by extension the classic 1960s model, are abundant. Subtle nods to Ferrari’s rich history include Nero leather Daytona-style seats with stitched Cavallino emblems in the headrests and contrasting Giallo stitching—a refined yet racy touch. The Carbon Driver Zone with LED Shift Indicator, aluminum sport pedals, and the Giallo rev-counter complete the cockpit, blending performance cues with timeless elegance.
Options & Extras
Beyond blistering speed, the Portofino is a luxurious place to be. The seats are fully electric, the MagneRide Dual Mode Suspension and factory-fitted sport exhaust are included, while Bluetooth, climate control, and parking sensors round out a richly equipped interior. Music lovers will appreciate the high-end audio upgrade by Clanck (€4,500), though the symphony of the V8 alone is more than enough.
Performance & Engineering
Building on the success of the supercharged California T, the 3.9-liter V8 is equipped with twin turbos, producing 600 hp and 760 Nm of torque. Coupled to a lightning-fast 7-speed transmission, it accelerates from 0–100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 320 km/h. Straight-line speed is impressive, yet the Portofino’s true thrill comes from cornering at pace. With adaptive MagneRide finely tuned, the car feels planted and grippy at all times, pushing the boundaries of control—if you dare.
Experience it for yourself at Prins.
