This Alfa Romeo Sprint Veloce “Alleggerita” is one of only 600 models produced by the brand between 1956 and 1958. A highly specialized racing car, this Alfa Romeo has aluminum doors and plexiglass windows. Our French example is in superb condition and comes with a complete history.

Delivered new to Paris on December 5, 1956, the car was registered as 254 GR 75. It changed hands for the first time in 1962 and ended up in the Var region, where it took part in numerous rallies and vintage races.

Purchased in 1968 by its third owner, the car moved to Isère and continued to compete in local races. The car was found in 2007 in southwestern France, and the current owner purchased it in 2022.

This Sprint Veloce is in superb overall condition and is very authentic. It has all its original fittings, is still in its original color configuration, and has a Sprint Veloce-compliant engine block.

Repainted over 15 years ago, the car is sound and consistent. The underbody is sound and free of deformation. A full expert report is available.

The car has been carefully maintained, is up to date, and will not require any additional expenses from its future owner. A major overhaul was also carried out by a specialist in this model prior to sale.

Finally, it is important to note that the car is being sold with a large batch of parts, including:
