Preservation
The new service involves the careful restoration of historic road and race Abarths, and the certification of their mechanical authenticity. Housed in a dedicated 1,000-square-foot workshop at the Abarth factory in Turin, the programme is also open to Abarth-tuned Fiats, Lancias, Alfa Romeos and Cisitalias, which will result in, ultimately, a comprehensive Abarth registry. Anneliese Abarth, the widow of the company’s late founder, Carlo Abarth, has been named a brand ambassador and, as with Enzo Ferrari, Carlo’s office has been faithfully recreated as a reminder of the brand’s roots.
