Upgraded for satisfying and safe driving with dual circuit brakes – discs on the front, drums on the rear, (original drums still available), adjustable shock absorbers, inertia reel seatbelts and 12v electrics with security battery isolator. The engine was uprated to 1,720cc, Zenith carburettors and a sport muffler exhaust. There is an electric button-operated carb primer on the dash underside. The dashboard also has a switch for the operation of the Marchal driving lamps.
