GTA is the legendary acronym first used in 1965. It stands for Giulia Gran Turismo Alleggerita, which literally means lightened gran turismo, a specially tuned version of the Giulia GT built by Autodelta. To celebrate Alfa Romeo's 110th anniversary, they have used the same recipe: extra power and less weight to deliver the best driving experience ever in an Alfa Romeo. With a production of only 500 copies.

The Giulia GTAm is based on the state-of-the-art saloon and is equipped with an improved version of the Alfa Romeo 2.9 V6 Bi-Turbo engine with 540 hp. Thanks to the use of ultra-lightweight materials such as carbon fiber, aluminum and composites, the Giulia GTAm also achieves an excellent weight-to-power ratio, in particular through a weight reduction of 100 kg.
