the 1999 MV AGUSTA F4 oro ... undeniably the 2-wheel equivalent of the Ferrari F40. And that is exactly what genuis engineer and designer Massimo Tamburini made. Ferrari's "F" in it's name is no coïncidence.... The radialvalve engine was designed by the Ferrari F1 engineers, the carbon fiber bodywork ( inclusive fuell tank) was thin-painted exactly as the F40. Sand cast enginecases were only made for this limited first series F4 oro . All later so called oro were nothing more than a commercial exploitation.
The beautifully curved 4 into 4 exhauts were all hand welded as well as the cr-moly frame tubes. Later production bikes were all robot welded. Wheels , swingarm, frameplates , fork tripleclamps are all gold colored magnesium. The finishing detail of all parts are still unmatched today.... This 27 year old MV AGUSTA F4 oro.. Tamunrini's masterpiece .. the 20th century masterpeice ( and cenuries to come...)
nr 251 says the genuine gold plate, and so is the VIN nr.. this absolute perfect art-piece has only coverd 3000km from new , still sits on its' original Pirelli tires ,and comes with all the original extra's as soft cover, leather doc's book, toolkit , paddock-stand . registered in Belgium , one owner from new.
It even comes with the original wooden crade with it's original red carpet inside.
