Three-body, solid, snap-on case back engraved with: "Patek Philippe, Genève 175th
Anniversaire 1839 - 2014," recessed crown, push button on the band at 10 to adjust the
discs for the different time zones, lapidated concave lugs, sapphire crystal.
Bicolor black and silver, outer revolving disc in 24 hours for the diurnal and nocturnal
hours and revolving dial bearing the names of 24 global locations, concentric star studded
nocturnal sky with phases of the moon display. White gold feuille and star hands.
