Description

This unique Ford MK1 has been restored to mint condition ready for historic racing or a collectors garage. This car of 1969 model was produced in Halewood England in October 1968. It was originally built with the English 3.777:1 Light Duty axle and a GT trim pack in black PVC with black floor covering, exteriorly painted in a Ermine White.

It has been in Sweden since first taken into traffic in January 1969 and has had only 2 owners. In 1979 it was upgraded with a new intake manifold and exhaust manifolds, a new camshaft and sump was converted to a dry sump. There is a signed certificate of the changes creating a new estimated effect of 174 HP in the engine. A set of photos of the Car in racing is available from this time.

The car changed hands in 2005 and as true enthusiast the car has been nut and bolt restored to “at-any-expense” standard. After the restoration the car has not been raced.

The original Data plate and the AVO plate are available.
