Porsche Classic with Magnus Walker and 40 years of the 911 Turbo
Under the title ‘40 Years of the 911 Turbo’, there will be plenty of models on show from the Porsche Museum – including a 1976 911 Turbo 3.0 Coupé and a 1973 917/30 Spyder. The marque has also invited a special guest in the form of ‘Urban Outlaw’ Magnus Walker. The colourful Briton who now lives in Los Angeles will be available for autographs on the Porsche stand on 27 and 28 March.
95 years of Zagato
Zagato will be officially celebrating its 95th birthday at Techno Classica and we’ve been promised a display of the design house’s creations based on Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lancia and many more. In addition, ‘Zagato’ is the theme of a special show in Hall 6 of the exhibition.
100 years of Maserati
The round of birthdays continues with Maserati’s 100th, and fans of the Trident will appreciate the total of six historic and modern Ghibli and Quattroporte models displayed to signify important milestones in the marque’s history. Meanwhile, Hall 6 will see various Maseratis with Zagato bodies.
Magic Moments – 120 years of motorsport with Mercedes-Benz Classic
With 13 Grand Prix cars, eight racing and touring cars, six DTM cars, five rally cars and four special vehicles – ranging from racing vans to an F1 Safety Car – Mercedes-Benz celebrates 120 years of motorsport. Plus there will be 17 official German Mercedes-Benz clubs, the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center and some Mercedes-Benz Classic dealerships represented at the show.
Jaguar's new Heritage programme
In Jaguar’s Heritage department, the manufacturer unites its classic know-how with its future plans – such as taking Jaguar Land Rover parts supply into its own hands. For further details and plenty of soul-stirring exhibits, such as Jaguar D-type, C-type, E-type, XJS TWR and XJR9, visit the JLR stand in Hall 2.
Racing tradition and low weight at BMW
There’s a family gathering in Hall 12, where BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce will decorate the entire space with their own themes and exhibits. Perhaps the most enticing is BMW’s ‘lightweight’ theme, with plenty of examples to illustrate the lightweight philosophy.
The 1970s era at Volkswagen
A dedicated display will illustrate the transition from air-cooled mono-culture to VW’s huge model variety of the 1970s. However, the VW Group’s Czech subsidiary, Skoda, enjoys an advantageous position in the VW Group’s Hall 7 display, offering milestones from its almost 120-year brand history.
Audi: 100 years of motor racing
Auto celebrates 100 years of motorsport in Hall 7.1, featuring eight racing cars and two motorcycles from Audi, Horch, Auto Union, DKW and NSU.

Coys auction at Techno Classica
This year, the British auction house Coys has been invited to hold an auction (in Hall 11) at Techno Classica. On Saturday, 29 March, a wide variety of racing and sports cars (including Ferrari, Lancia, Jaguar and Porsche) will be served between such dishes as the 1966 Iso Grifo Lusso, a Sunbeam Tiger MK 1A of the same year and, among the selection of bikes, a 1990 MV Agusta 3 Cylinder Gran Premio. All auction lots can be found in the Classic Driver Market.
