MASERATI QUATTROPORTE 4.2 Serie I

Der Maserati Quattroporte Serie I wurde 1963 bis 1970 in einer Stückzahl von 776 Stck. hergestellt. Der berühmte italienische Designer Pietro Frua entwarf dieses Meisterwerk. Maserati bot diese -seiner Zeit- schnellste Limousine der Welt in zwei Versionen an: Ein neukonstruiertes 8 Zylinder Triebwerk mit 4,2 Liter Hubraum und 260 PS, sowie die Highend Version mit 4,7 Liter und 290 PS. Gepaart mit dem zuverlässigen ZF 5-Gang Getriebe war diese Sportlimousine für Spitzengeschwindigkeiten von jenseits der 230 km/h gut. Aller erdenkliche Luxus war bei der 4,2 Liter Version serienmäßig an Bord wie z.B. Scheibenbremsen rundum, sehr viel Chrom, fantastische Smith Instrumente, elektrische Fensterheber, wunderschöne Kippschalter und hochwertige, sehr komfortable Ledersitze, Dachhimmel in Leder etc.. Zu den berühmten Besitzern des Quattroportes gehörten u.a. Marcello Mastroianni, Aga Khan, Fürst Rainer von Monaco und Anthony Quinn.

Der hier angebotene Maserati Quattroporte ist erstausgliefert in der Farbe oro andalusia in die Schweiz. Dort gab es einen Halter Wechsel und seit über 20 Jahren ist dieses Fahrzeug abgemeldet. Einer der Vorbesitzer lackiert das Fahrzeug in einen grün Ton, welches unseres Erachtens kein Maserati original Ton war.

Im Moment befindet sich dieser Quattroporte bei der Fa. Scartapatti in Mantova / Italien. Diese Firma hat vor kurzem unseren silbernen mehrfach ausgezeichneten Maserati Quattroporte restauriert (siehe https://scuderia-sportiva-colonia.de/de/fahrzeuge/17-fahrzeuge-verkauft/312-maserati-quattroporte-serie-i-2) Nun restauriert Scartapatti die Karosserie dieses Fahrzeuges, erneuert den Chrom und wird es in seiner originalen Farbe lackieren. Das Interieur wird von der Fa. Maeli in Italien erneuert, wobei wir großen Wert auf die originalen Materialien legen, d.h. das neue Leder ist exakt die Lederart die seiner Zeit auch im Quattroporte von Maserati verwendet wurde. Dasselbe gilt analog auch für die Teppiche. Den Motor und das Getriebe werden wir unserer eigenen Werkstatt komplett überholen. Dieser Quattroporte ist komplett „matching“ und nie verunfallt,
