1927 Mercedes-Benz 680 S Sindelfingen Sports Tourer
Kicking off this magnificent lineup in chronological order, this truly is pre-war grandeur turned up to eleven. Chassis 35222 is an exceptionally rare and wonderfully original Sindelfingen-built Sports Tourer, representing Ferdinand Porsche’s mighty S-Type design at its most charismatic. Among its most charming chapters is ownership by Charles Addams, the creator of ‘The Addams Family’, who not only owned the car, but raced it too! Later, while owned by ‘A Clockwork Orange’ producer John Calley, the Mercedes benefitted from restoration work by none other than Phil Hill. Big, bold and impossibly elegant, this is vintage motoring at its most theatrical, with a star-studded story to sweeten the deal even further.

1931 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Spider by Zagato
If there’s a greatest hits album of pre-war racing cars, the 8C 2300 would be amongst the first tracks. Chassis 2111006 is a short-chassis Zagato Spider with extraordinary credentials: ex-Works, ex-Scuderia Ferrari, matching numbers and highly original. Even better, it’s a proven winner, being Nuvolari’s 1931 Coppa Ciano victory car, with further podiums and wins at the Belgian Grand Prix, Coppa Messina and Coppa Gran Sasso d’Italia. It also tackled the Mille Miglia in period and again in modern times, following a meticulous restoration to 1932 Mille Miglia specification.

1952 Jaguar C-Type & 1955 Jaguar D-Type
Jaguar’s first Le Mans-winning design remains one of the most elegant racing cars ever built, and XKC 019 is a particularly honest example. Delivered new to Herman Roosdorp in Antwerp, this C-Type quickly proved itself on the international stage, claiming third overall at the 1953 Spa 24 Hours, second at the 1954 Dutch Grand Prix and a strong fourth in class at Zandvoort the same year. Now eligible for the “big four” historic events, Monaco, Mille Miglia, Le Mans Classic and Goodwood Revival, few cars offer such beauty, pedigree and usability in one aluminium-clad package!
Alongside the C-Type sits its sibling, the D-Type. Known as the ex-Peter Blond car, it boasts extensive period race history across the UK and continental Europe, exactly where D-Types earned their fearsome reputation.Crucially, it retains its original body and matching-numbers 3.4-litre engine, underpinned by continuous ownership history from new. In a world where originality is everything, this matters, and is a car that carries the spirit of mid-1950s endurance racing in every rivet and curve.

1955 Ferrari 500 Mondial
One of just 11 Series 2 models built and ranks among the best-preserved Ferrari barchettas in existence, this 500 Mondial raced in period at the 12 Hours of Hyères and the gruelling Liège–Rome–Liège. It’s a matching-numbers, highly original car that’s also Ferrari Classiche certified. Today it sits at that perfect intersection of eligibility and desirability, a competitive racer, yet refined enough for top-tier concours. Light, agile and beautifully proportioned, this Mondial is a reminder of Ferrari’s golden era when simplicity and speed went hand in hand.

1961 Ferrari 250 GT Cabriolet by Pininfarina
Aside from the plethora of racing legends, this golden-era Ferrari brings glamour and engineering excellence to the display. This Series II 250 GT Cabriolet is fully Classiche certified, retaining its original chassis, body, engine and gearbox, and has since been beautifully restored and offered complete with the seldom-seen factory hardtop. Understated, impeccably styled and effortlessly cool, this is 1960s Ferrari at their very best!

1962 Shelby 260 Cobra “T” Car & 1963 Shelby 289 Cobra Le Mans
A pair of Cobras bring some American muscle to Fiskens’ stand, the first being the sixth ever made and the first Cobra to be offered publicly for sale. Incredibly, the car was leased by Shelby American to Universal Studios, and later became a learner car at Shelby’s own driving school, with pupils such as James Garner and Steve McQueen!
Next to it is the Cobra built for Le Mans and dripping with competition pedigree, taking part in the 1963 running of the 24hrs of Le Mans before embarking on a successful international career. Now, the car is a highly successful runner at multiple historical events, most notably Goodwood Revival.

1966 Ford GT40 MK III LHD Prototype
This left-hand-drive prototype is among the rarest of all Ford GT40s, being one of just seven MK IIIs built and was served as a New York Motor Show and press car. It has since been painstakingly restored to prototype specification, complete with its original 302 engine. More refined than its Le Mans-winning siblings but no less fascinating, this MK III offers a unique perspective on Ford’s GT40 programme.

1984 Porsche 956 B #115
Welcome to Group C racing at its absolute peak. One of only six factory-built 956 B cars featuring 1983 Works upgrades, this very car led the 1984 Le Mans 24 Hours for six hours in the hands of Vern Schuppan, Alan Jones and Jean-Pierre Jarier, eventually finishing sixth. Restored to exacting 1984 Le Mans specification, this 956 remains one of the most significant endurance racers of its era.

2006 Aston Martin DBR9/03 & 2013 Aston Martin Vantage GTE
This pair of noughties delights are perfect for the Modern GT racing fans. This DBR9 is one of the most successful examples built, out of ten Works cars, achieving victories at Petit Le Mans and Salt Lake, along with eight consecutive ALMS podiums in 2006. It also finished 2nd in class at Le Mans in 2006 and 3rd in 2007, before later serving as an AMR Young Driver car.
Alongside it sits this Vantage GTE, the brand’s lead Works entry from 2013 to 2015, competing at the sharp end of global GT racing. It notched multiple GTE Pro wins with Darren Turner and Stefan Mücke at the wheel. Most memorably, it wears its 2015 Le Mans Art Car livery by Tobias Rehberger, a bold, contemporary twist on endurance racing tradition.

2019 Bugatti Chiron Sport 110 Ans
Rounding out the stand is modern hypercar royalty, the Bugatti Chiron Sport 110 Ans. One of just 20 built to celebrate Bugatti’s 110th anniversary and has covered just 8,123 kilometres from new. With exposed Steel Blue carbon on its exterior and a stunning Deep Blue leather and French tricolour accents, it’s a beautifully specified, single-owner example. Likely to be one of, if not the fastest car out of this extraordinary array, it is a fitting end to an unforgettable Fiskens line-up!
