Here one of the most iconic French cars is presented, some are completely in love with it and others love to hate it - but no doubt that it has a big place in the history of the car.

The car was known for being able to get around in all kinds of terrain and one of the most well-known "tests" it carried out was that it should be able to drive over a ploughed field with a tray of eggs, without any of them breaking.

This model is the "big" model with a 602 ccm engine of 29 HP, but by virtue of its low weight it can still keep up in the cities and on the road (if you are not too busy), the steering wheel gear takes a bit of getting used to, but when you have just practiced a little the car is easy to drive.

The 2 colored paint job and the round headlights give the car a typical French appearance and which brings to mind romantic Paris and small charming vineyards in the mountains, where the car with its large folding roof is undoubtedly fantastic on a good summer day.

If you still think it is too far to Paris, then a trip to the North Sea with the picnic basket in the trunk is definitely also worth a trip.

The car is regularly maintained, but has a little patina and signs of use here and there, as you should expect on a car from that age, but if you are the type who likes to adjust the very last and maybe Francophile, then this 2CV is definitely worth a look.
