The Golf 1 GTI didn’t just create a car — it created a legend: the grandmother of an entire lineage of sporty compact cars.
This French-origin vehicle was delivered new in the Bouches-du-Rhône region and spent most of its life in the south of France, allowing it to remain in excellent condition and free from any corrosion.
When acquired by its Belgian owner, the car underwent a full repaint, restoring its original shine after years of sun exposure had significantly dulled the finish. It also benefited from a major mechanical service, including:
