Renault built 250 Megane Trophy-R models, with 30 coming to the UK. Running a monster turbocharger the two-litre engine served up a good portion of power but, as with many other recent Renault performance hatchbacks, offered very good handling and steering. This example was bought new by the vendor and has formed part of his collection, seeing very little use. It comes with a main dealer invoice (£1789.94) issued in June for maintenance, including replacement catalytic converter and battery.
