Der Porsche 356 A gilt als einer der wichtigsten Meilensteine der frühen Sportwagengeschichte Zuffenhausens. In der T2-Ausführung überzeugt das Modell mit verfeinerter Karosserie, harmonisch integriertem Vorderwagen und jener klaren Formensprache, die den 356 bis heute zur Ikone macht. Er verbindet Leichtfüßigkeit, direkte Fahreigenschaften und bemerkenswerte Alltagstauglichkeit mit authentischem Fahrgefühl. Gerade die frühen Exemplare genießen heute unter Sammlern höchste Wertschätzung und stehen für den Ursprung der Porsche-Erfolgsgeschichte weltweit bis heute. Gemäß vorliegender Datenkarte wurde das Fahrzeug über die Porsche Vertretung Stinnes in Mülheim am 21.01.1958 nach Kanada exportiert. Eine Zulassung aus dem Jahr 1964 dokumentiert die Registrierung in Ohio (USA). Im Jahr 2009 gelangte der Wagen nach Italien, wo er in den darauffolgenden Jahren vollständig und gemäß seiner originalen Spezifikation restauriert wurde. Anbauteile wie Haube, Kofferraumdeckel und Türen sind nummerngleich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragende Verarbeitungsqualität sowie die präzisen und gleichmäßigen Spaltmaße. Die ausgeführten Arbeiten werden höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen gerecht – ein 356 in dieser Fertigungsqualität ist nur selten zu finden. Die Technik wurde durch deutsche Fachbetriebe umfassend überholt. Im Zuge dessen erfolgte eine Leistungsoptimierung des Motors auf ca. 1.720 cm³ und rund 100 PS. Die eingeschlagene Motornummer entspricht der Lieferspezifikation gemäß Porsche Datenkarte. Die attraktive Farbgebung in Rubinrot folgt der originalen Auslieferungsspezifikation. Der Wagen verfügt über eine monegassische Zulassung.

According to the available data card, the vehicle was exported to Canada via the Porsche distributor Stinnes in Mülheim on January 21, 1958. A registration from 1964 documents its registration in Ohio (USA). In 2009, the car was brought to Italy, where it was fully restored in the following years in accordance with its original specifications. Components such as the hood, trunk lid, and doors are matching numbers.

Particularly noteworthy are the excellent build quality and the precise, even panel gaps. The work carried out meets the highest quality standards—finding a 356 in this level of craftsmanship is exceptionally rare.
