This cool Land Rover Series 3 88 from 1978 is in very solid condition.
Imported by us from Spain, where it served a local olive oil farmer (2nd owner) in the province of Jaén.

This Series 3 is exceptionally tough, has a rust-free chassis and an exceptionally good bottom.
New tyres, new spare wheel and all the original details have been retained.
This Land Rover is exempt from road tax in the Netherlands.

Exterior:
Executed in Limestone beige (this is the original colour) in used condition and partly re-sprayed by the previous owner.
The front bumper is solid and rust-free, the rear beam is also in neat, rust-free condition.
There is a new spare wheel on the tailgate, which has not yet been used.
The hardware and locks are in reasonably good condition. Has freewheel hubs on the front wheels and black-coated rims with new tyres. The Series is not dent and scratch free, this adds charm to the car but we do would like to make a mention of it. The grill is in neat condition, headlights are bright and all indicators/lamps etc. function properly.

Bottom:
The bottom is in exceptionally good condition, damage free, no rotting spots and almost completely original.
The suspension works properly.
There is also a tow bar and an extra step on the back for getting in and out.

Interior:
Original Series 3 dashboard, 3-seater front seats in reasonable condition (vinyl and fabric).
Two rear seats made of fabric for sitting in the rear area.
Original, very clean rubber floor mats, original steering wheel; everything is in good, used condition.

Engine:
Powerful and original 2286cc Diesel engine 4 cylinder, it is in perfect condition and well maintained. Drives like a Series should and shifts properly between gears.
The vin number is clearly legible!

We offer this beautiful Series 3 88 Land Rover for the enthusiasts. A soft top frame with canvas cover can easily be ordered new, and a hard top is also an option.
