No matter how you try, you can't help but like it. It is the essence of motoring truth: no strobe stripes, no phony teardrop racing mirrors, no triple turret taillights. Just finely honed machinery in the simplest steel and glass case. And it works. It handles—with the agility of a pro flankerback—and the fuel-injected engine can make
the parson breathe hard.

What makes the 2002Tii such a good car is the sum of its parts. The 2000cc engine with injecttion provides a low end torque engine that also likes to rev to deliver is peak performance. The gearing of 4 speed gearbox is spaced so you can doodle along in traffic or attack a mountain pass in 2nd or 3rd gear. And the chassis was always good on the lesser powered BMW 02 series cars.

This particular model was delivered to The Netherlands where she stayed her whole life. It stood idle for many years whilst it underwent a restoration by its then owner. For more than a decade this labor of love was undertaken and the finished product speaks for itself.

The BMW is very nice to drive and can be used for many trips she wants to drive after all these years.
