The «Alfetta GT» is a fastback coupé designed at Italdesign by Giorgetto Giugiaro, based on the «Alfetta». It was produced between 1974 and 1987. Between 1974 and 1987 the «Alfetta GT» underwent several updates, namely with regard to engines and aesthetic details.

In 1980, the GTV6 2.5 appears, which used the same V6 SOHC 2.5 L engine as the Alfa 6, forcing a bulge on the hood to be created. The GTV6 used a «Bosch L-Jetronic» injection system instead of the six Dell’Orto carburettors of the «Alfa 6», making the GTV6 easier to use and maintain.

The GTV6 got rave reviews from the car press at the time, was used a lot in motor racing and ended up becoming one of the most desired Alfa Romeos.

This Alfa Romeo GTV6 2.5 was fully restored in 2016, is in excellent condition and has AC and Sunroof.
