Finally, the days of dull black lacquer depression are behind us and a white car with black rims is no longer considered a fashion statement. For summer 2018, colour can be worn with pride again. And even though we wish we could dip all sports cars from the Classic Driver Market in dark green, we realise there are other colours that look great on many cars — take the dark blue that was ever so popular in the 1990s, for example. Clothe a Porsche, Ferrari, Bentley, or Aston Martin in a navy dress and it instantly encompasses the perfect balance between sportiness and elegance.
