The Ferrari 355 F1 Berlinetta offered here had its first delivery in Florence, Italy. At first the Ferrari was registered to a car dealer and came into the care of an owner also in Florence on 03.02.1998. In the course of time, the Ferrari 355 F1 Berlinetta found its way to the Netherlands and to Germany, where it is in the care of its current owner.

The interior of the Ferrari features rare Tabocco brown leather with an understated, attractive patina. It is chequebook maintained and has been serviced regularly. Approximately €10,000 was invested in the Ferrari in early 2022, including a new timing belt. There is an expert opinion/assessment from 2015 from the company CED Automotive and two expert opinions/assessments from 2018 from the companies Maikel De Munnik Taxaties (Netherlands) and TÜV Austria. A special detail is the original Ferrari board folder made of brown leather, the original tool box made of brown leather as well as the original tyre filler, which are located in the boot.

The driving experience of the F355 F1 Berlinetta is very sporty. If you accelerate a little harder and operate the paddle shifters (which come from Formula 1), you literally get a punch in the neck, which makes for a big grin. The tight chassis and the 381 hp of the 3.5 L V8 have enough power to make even the most fearless passenger sweat.

All in all, the F355 F1 Berlinetta is visually and technically in very good condition. Its Pininfarina design is classic yet timeless. A vehicle for real enthusiasts.

History of the series

The Ferrari F355 first made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1994. It is the successor of the Ferrari 348 and was replaced by the Ferrari 360 Modena in 1999. The technical progress, the improved handling and the top speed of 290 km/h of the F355 helped the model series to an absolute success.

The innovations developed for the F355 finally brought the company into the modern era. However, the Ferrari 355 is also the last Ferrari to be built by hand in Modena.

The 3.5 litre V8 accelerated the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and it reached the 200 km/h mark in just 16.5 seconds - a strong performance for the time. In addition, the Ferrari 355 was the first production car with paddle shifters. A total of 11,273 examples of the Ferrari 355 were produced between 1994 and 1999, of which 3,938 were produced as Berlinetta. At the time, it cost around DM 220,000. The driving performance and lap times on the Hockenheimring differ only very slightly from those of its successor, the Ferrari 360 Modena.
