Luigi Chinetti is known for his role in introducing Ferrari to the United States as the marque’s first continental importer, as well as for his racing accomplishments during the Scuderia’s formative years. The famed entrepreneur may be best appreciated for his North American Racing Team. Mr Muscha sold the car in December 1999 and the car was shipped to The Netherlands. When it arrived in The Netherlands in the beginning of 2000, the car was bought by its first Dutch owner. The original, matching numbers engine was completely rebuilt and had driven a total of 10,000 miles since completetion. The renewed Conolly leather interior has today a fabulous patina. We discovered the car by the end of 2016 and sold it to the second Dutch owner in The Netherlands. Under his supervision the car was completely dismantled and repainted. Furthermore, the car was completely prepared for Ferrari Classiche certification. The car was part of an important collection in the last three years and we are proud that we own this car for the second time.
