Der Lancia Flaminia Convertible zählt zu den elegantesten offenen Gran Turismo der frühen 1960er-Jahre. The Lancia Flaminia Convertible is widely regarded as one of the most elegant open Gran Turismo cars of the early 1960s. In the desirable 2.5-litre 3C specification with three Weber carburettors, it combines restrained Italian elegance with outstanding technical sophistication. Only 264 examples of this version were produced.
The car offered here presents a rare opportunity to realise a fully rebuilt Scuderia Azzurra concours-level automobile, as the restoration has not yet commenced. This allows the future owner maximum freedom of configuration – from exterior colour and interior trim to selected technical details – while maintaining absolute authenticity and the highest standards of craftsmanship.
The vehicle features a matching-numbers engine and matching colours, originally specified in “Grigio New Market” with a leather interior in “Senape”. Originality is confirmed by the FIAT Archivo e Centro Storico – Certificato di Origine. As part of a bare-metal, nut-and-bolt frame-off restoration by Scuderia Azzurra, engine, gearbox and the complete mechanical system will be fully rebuilt.
The restoration period is approximately 12 months (around 4,000 working hours), followed by a careful 700 km run-in period. An original Lancia hardtop is included. Delivery will be in Concours Condition, accompanied by comprehensive photo documentation and a 12-month workshop warranty.
