This BMW Z8, originally delivered in Germany, is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354) and complemented by a Black and Red Nappa leather interior (P1SP), offering a timeless and elegant specification. The car shows low mileage of 27,000 kilometres and has been meticulously maintained, remaining completely preserved and in excellent mechanical order. It retains its “007” Italian registration plate, a distinctive feature that adds an extra layer of uniqueness and a subtle nod to its appearance in the “The World Is Not Enough”, where it was driven by Pierce Brosnan as 007.
This Z8 comes complete with the original toolkit, BMW battery charger, owner’s manuals, and leather pouch. Additionally, the original hardtop and car cover are included, all enhancing its collectible value.
Developed under the codename “E52” between 1993 and 1999, the Z8 was the result of a design program led by Chris Bangle, with exterior styling by Henrik Fisker and interior design by Scott Lempert. The Z07 concept, unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 1997, previewed the final production model.
Engineered with the engine positioned behind the front axle, the Z8 benefits from near-perfect 50/50 weight distribution. The factory-reported acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is 4.7 seconds, delivering strong performance combined with balanced driving dynamics.
To reinforce its long-term collectability, BMW committed to maintaining a stock of spare parts for 50 years. Combined with its limited production and the fact that many components were handcrafted or hand-finished, this level of manufacturer support further enhances the Z8’s status as a modern collectible.
With its combination of originality and iconic presence, this example offers an excellent opportunity to acquire one of BMW’s most desirable modern classics.
