This custom build features a fully rebuilt engine with new barrels, pistons, valves, guides, and bearings, finished in wrinkle-finish matte black and coated externally in Kal-Gard/Gun Kote — a military-grade, heat-dispersing finish known for its extreme durability. The frame has been stripped of all unnecessary brackets and powder coated in satin black, with new fork stanchions, rebuilt calipers, replacement brake discs, a new rear shock, and all bearings replaced throughout.

A custom single seat, modified from an original BMW unit and upholstered in premium leather, sits above a recessed, hidden battery with an adjustable mounting plate using a compact Motobatt MBTX4U. The 18″ wheels are paired with modified 20″ reproduction mudguards from Armours of Bournemouth, trimmed and mounted to suit the build’s proportions and clearance. Modern touches include Motogadget bar-end indicators, a Trail Tech digital speedo, a compact 4.5″ German-sourced headlight, and CNC-machined titanium fork tops.

Finishing details include a custom rear rack, checker plate tank knee pads finished in Kal-Gard, and hand-machined strap hooks, screws, and washers, all contributing to the bike’s refined yet rugged aesthetic.
